Refund Policy, Exchange Policy and Terms of Service

    Refund Policy:
  • If requested before April 1st, customers may receive a refund for any full-month(s) remaining on their Permit.
  • Any Permit refund request forms submitted to Parking Services on or after April 1st will not be issued a refund of any kind.
  • Please note that there will be an administrative fee of $25.00 for all refunds that are processed. This administrative fee will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer.

  • Exchange Policy:
  • Customers looking to exchange an Permit must request one by emailing parking@brocku.ca. Please note that there will be an administrative fee of $15.00 for all exchanges that are processed.

  • Terms of Service
  • By purchasing a parking Permit, I agree that I have read, and agree to abide by the Brock University Parking Regulations for the academic year this Permit applies to.
  • I understand that my Permit is only valid in the lot it is designated for and it's designated overflow lot (indicated in the information sheet provided in the link below).
  • I understand that I am not guaranteed a spot in the lot I am purchasing an Permit for and if needed, I will move to the designated overflow lot noted on my 'Permit Information Sheet' that is linked below and will be sent to my email with my receipt for this purchase.
