Fall/Winter 2019-2020 Permits
Staff permit sales begin June 18, 2019 at 10AM.
Student permit sales begin July 3rd, 2019 at 10AM.
REFUND AND EXCHANGE POLICY *NEW*
Refund Policy
If requested before April 1st 2020, customers may receive a refund for any full-month(s) remaining on their 2019-2020 parking permit.
A refund will only be authorized when the physical permit is returned to the Parking Services office during regular business hours, Monday to Friday between 8:30am-4:30pm.
Any permits returned to the Parking Services office on or after April 1st will not be issued a refund.
Please note that there will be an administrative fee of $15.00 for all refunds that are processed. This administrative fee will be deducted from the amount refunded to the customer.
Exchange Policy
Customers looking to exchange a permit can do so at any time throughout the permit’s validity where space is available in a desired lot. The customer will be required to pay the cost of the permit of higher value for the month at the time of the exchange. No administrative fee will be applied.
General Permit Information
Please ensure that all vehicles you will be driving are linked to your current permit. All account balances must be paid prior to ordering a new permit. Permit distribution will begin by mid-August.
Employee Permit Ordering
Employees please update your contact information with your current Brock department, rather than your home address, as permits are sent via interoffice to employees. Some permits have a special order process and are not available online. Please contact Parking Services at 905-688-5550 x 4309 or parking@brocku.ca if you do not see your desired permit.
Residence Student Permits
Residence students must purchase a Residence permit in order to park vehicles overnight. No other permit type allows for overnight parking. Please do not purchase a Zone 1 or Zone 2 permit if you need overnight parking at any time.
